We live far more sedentary lives than our ancestors did and this is one of the major causes of obesity in our society today that is causing huge problems for people. Yet the problem that stands at the top of the list is the fact that we are not eating the right kinds of foods to keep our bodies fit and healthy.

Eating correctly has become a serious issue for many people today as more people realize that they need to take control of their eating habits. A correct diet that includes sufficient amounts of fiber is essential and this is where high fiber health bars add great benefits to your diet and help you along towards better health in a tasty way.

The Importance of Fiber

To realize the importance that fiber play in our lives we need to understand what it does and how it works. Our systems need to run like a well oiled piece of machinery and this is where fiber comes into the picture; fiber is what gets our systems moving along. Without sufficient amounts of fiber in our systems our bodies are far more likely to hold on to fat deposits as well as other harmful chemicals. Fiber is very important in helping us digest our food as well.

A huge drawback in the foods we eat today is that much of it is too refined. That means the foods we eat does not contain sufficient natural fiber to keep our bodies healthy and functioning in top gear. What we need to do is supplement the lack of natural Fiber Diet Food in our daily foods by adding fiber and a great way to do this is by having a supply of high fiber health bars on hand to much on when we feel peckish. World of Warcraft - Buying Gold - Is It Worth the Risk?

Perhaps the most common question that runs through World of Warcraft player's minds is whether buying gold is worth the risk or not. As more foreign gold farming businesses (primarily Chinese) continue to establish, gold is now widely available for prices much cheaper than they were a year ago.

I'll be honest - I've once bought 50 gold for $4, but quickly regretted doing so. The service was bad (the gold was delivered in 2 days despite the business promising delivery within 12 hours), but that wasn't the issue. I felt ridiculously guilty when the gold finally arrived in my inbox. I felt that I was supporting slavery and below minimum wages. The 50 gold was quickly spent on junk items, and the junk items were quickly destroyed.

So, is it worth the risk? The definitive answer is no. Although Blizzard is fairly strict on gold selling and buying, it's highly unlikely that they'll ban a first-time-offender's account. Remember, Blizzard is a business too - they're not going to lose $180/year from you just because you bought a few hundred gold. The risk is that, thanks to GMs constantly monitoring suspicious in-game mail, you may lose the gold you just spent $100 on within hours. The gold is sent from "junk accounts", so the gold-sending character's name is generally a combination of random numbers and letters - something that is just a little too obvious.

Whether you buy gold or not is ultimately your decision. You'll just have to remember that there are risks involved and yes, you are supporting slavery and below minimum wages.

The Advantage to Blogging

I've been seeing a lot of people posting in forums asking if it's worth it to start a blog.

I have a bit of a biased opinion on the subject since I have three of my own. But I think 99 times out of 100, it's worth it to start one.

Every day, more and more people are discovering the 'blog life'. Some blogs are used as online journals, some are used as a place to publish stories or novels, some are an extension of a current online business, and others are used only as income generators.

While blogging can be a big commitment, there are many reasons why blogs have an advantage over traditional websites.

Search engines love them - If you choose a search engine friendly blog template and update it regularly, you should have no trouble getting ranked in the search engines. There are also plenty of extensions or plugins to add to your blogging platform that can enhance your search engine optimization (SEO).

They're easy to use and maintain - A blog can be set up in as little as ten minutes, even if you have no coding experience. Once they're set up, creating posts is so simple my grandpa could do it (and all he knows how to do on the computer is play solitaire!)

Great way to interact with your readers - The comments section at the end of each post provides a way for you to create a dialogue with your readers or customers.

You become part of a community - The blogging community is a large one, but a lot more personal than you think. It's a strange bond, but a nice one. You're sharing something in common with people all over the world, which is pretty amazing.

It's affordable - You can set up a blog completely for free if you like. Or you can purchase your own domain and host in on your own server for as little as $10 a month.

These are just a few of the advantages of blogging I could think of off the top of my head. Many people have been seeing success with their blogs, whether they're looking for personal growth, monetary growth, or both. So jump on the bandwagon and start one for yourself!

Dirtbike Game has been a great addion to GamingBooth. It's a fun and hard game that you will probably find very addicting. All you have to do is make it to the end of the course and you will move on to the next level. The only problem is that your bike keeps tipping over.

This is just one of the many great games featured at GamingBooth. We will be writing about more soon!

Sony PlayStation 3 vs. Microsoft Xbox 360

Regardless of the interest you have at heart or the business you are in there is always a rivalry between the best in anything. Pepsi vs. Coke. Wal-Mart vs. Target. Coors vs. Budweiser. You get the point, when it comes to being the best it doesnt matter who you are, there is always a rival and there is always somebody ready to take up the argument of the other guys.

The video game industry is no different than any other so when it comes to being a hardcore video gamer in the present day there are two choices for you in which to choose your alliance, Microsoft or Sony. More specifically, you need to choose between their golden children, the PlayStation and Xbox empires. For those of you incapable of making the decision yourself, read the following to understand what both have to offer.

  • Xbox was released over a year ago with no competitor as Sony had yet to release its new PlayStation 3, delaying it over a year to make it competitive. PlayStation 3 seems to have done so with a Cell Broadband Engine to power its newest entry into the video gaming arms race. Whether you know which is better without playing both is solely based on if you are a computer genius or not. If not, which most of us are not, understand that both are based on having multiple processors running at the same time.
  • Just as you would expect, both manufacturers offer different packages for buyers in retail outlets across the country. Generally, each is offered in a core package and a premium package with names varying at different retail outlets. Basically, what you have to choose from is a basic system with no hard drive, but everything else. A system that provides you with 20GB of hard drive and a different system that offers 60GB of hard drive. Xbox 360 is generally around $100 cheaper in all categories at the moment, but it has also been around for a year longer.
  • Where PlayStation 3 is separating itself from Xbox 360 at the time being is in the game discs or capability with Blu-Ray technology. Blu-Ray technology allows for more space on each disc which means that developers and designers can go deeper and more sophisticated with game play in each game. This is exclusive to PlayStation 3 at the moment, but you can bet that all systems will have it in the coming years.
  • Both video gaming giants offer an online gaming service to allow gamers to be able to compete with each other across the world. Xbox Live is currently the more well known of the two services, but it does cost money in the form of a monthly subscription to be able to use it. PlayStation 3 is preparing to have a massive online community along with the launch of the system itself, with the difference between them and Xbox being that PS3s online service will be offered without charge.
